What is Reformer Pilates?

Gyrokinesis offers a similar sequence of fluid movements without the machines. This mindful practice is instead performed with the aid of a mat and stool, each movement designed to strengthen and articulate the natural movements of your body.

Gyrokinesis helps to increase your range of motion and flexibility, as well as stimulate your body’s natural regenerative abilities.

What Is The Gyrokinesis Method?

Arc Studio is truly transformative. Every session makes me feel weightless and light, yet more connected to my body at the same time. The movements are so fluid and supported that I leave feeling calmer and reset. The instructors are warm, knowledgeable, and create such a welcoming space. It’s become one of my favourite parts of my week — highly recommend to anyone looking to feel stronger and more at ease in their own body.

I cannot say enough about how impactful and empowering my training at Arc has been. I started at the studio as a complete newbie, with bad knees and worried about trying something new — and I’m so glad I did. The instructors at Arc are patient, kind, and skilled. The small classes allow me to really dial in and focus on my goals and growth… I have found a new sense of confidence, strength, and understanding of my body.
